Marisa Bruni-Tedeschi, mother-in-law of former President of France Nicolas Sarkozy, expressed her readiness to accept several refugees in her house, Gazeta reported quoting La Repubblica.
The 86-year-old woman said that she is preparing for their reception. A friend of her in Germany did likewise. She also mentioned that she knows that this is a drop of help in an ocean of suffering.
As to the political future of Sarkozy, Bruni-Tedeschi mentioned that she does not know whether the ex-president of France will return to the Élysée Palace.
She stated that Nicolas has a virus and that is politics. When he left politics and began touring the country with conferences, she could not believe that everything was over. She also added that se do not know how things will go.
