YEREVAN. - The largest export market of fish products is Russia, Chairman of the Union of Armenian Fish Famers and Exporters NGO, Artur Atoyan, said at a press-conference Wednesday.  

In his words, after Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the term “export” changed into “transportation,” since the territories of EAEU member-states are involved.  

The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission has recently adopted a technical regulation on the Security of Fish and Fish Products, which is one of the key regulations of the Union in the area of food production security.
