The PMs of the Kyrgyz Parliament approved the draft law "On Referendum" in the third reading. 89 deputies voted in favor of adoption of the document, whereas 16 voted against, reports the local branch of the Radio Liberty. The local elections will be held on December 11 based on the presidential decree.
