High Court of London decided that the Brexit, initiated by application of Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, cannot be completed only by the sole decision of the UK Government without participation of parliament, TASS reported.
Application of Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty formally launches the two-year procedure of Brexit, which is expected to start in March 2017.
