A video conference on increasing safety of flights in Syria took place between the Russian and US Ministries of Defense, reports the TASS. The ministries focused on increasing security measures and operations of the Russian Airspace Forces and the US-led coalition. The parties have come to a preliminary agreement to hold a video conference in December between the Ministries of Defense.
