YEREVAN. – The number of registered marriages in Armenia has dropped from January to September.
According to the National Statistical Service data, registered marriages in the country have declined by 7.9 percent—and made up 12,088—in the first nine months of this year, as compared to the same period in 2015.
Separately, divorces in Armenia fell by 4.2 percent—and totaled 2,682—, against January-September 2015.
