The Armenian man, who stands accused of the recent car accident and ensuing crash into a public transit stop in Moscow, has been identified.

He is Karen Antonov, 30, a citizen of Armenia, and he had gone to the Russian capital city three months ago.

A Moscow court ruled that he be placed under arrest for two months.

The Embassy of Armenia in Moscow had informed that a taxi and a passenger car had collided on November 13, and, subsequently, the taxi had hit people that were waiting at a public transit stop in the city.  

As a result, twelve people suffered injuries and eleven of them were hospitalized—with two being in critical condition, whereas one person had not wished to be hospitalized.
