YEREVAN. - A disciplinary responsibility measure was applied in regard to the brother of Sasna Tsrer armed group Arayik Khandoyan, Ararat Khandoyan. The latter has been moved to a cell, reads the statement disseminated by Ararat Khandoyan from Nubarashen criminal-executive institution.   

“The camera is on the ground floor; it is cold and damp here. The window is broken and the cold comes inside,” Khandoyan noted. He also wrote that his health wasn’t taken into account. In fact, Khandoyan acquired a number of diseases during the Karabakh War.
