Armenia has presented troop formations and Special Forces team from National Security Council and Emergency Ministry to be included in Rapid-Reaction Forces of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Nikolai Bordyuzha, CSTO Secretary General, said at the video conference.

He declared the troops are in the permanent disposition, and will operate in case of necessity of attaining a combat task. According to Bordyuzha, a relevant agreement does not assume the creation of permanent structures in RFF, thus will not be formed in member-states.
