A resident of Volgograd called the hospital and threatened to blow it up, if they don’t deliver him cigarettes in an hour. The operational investigative group arrived to the hospital, evacuated the personnel and patients, examined the building but did not find any explosive device. Half an hour later, the police identified the hooligan and arrested him, reports  Lenta.ru.

It turned out, that the caller was a 39-year-old unemployed, who was previously convicted for robbery. He admitted his guilt and explained his actions by an acute desire to smoke. A criminal case is initiated.
