The procedure for Britain's withdrawal from the EU will launched late in March. This was announced by Prime Minister Teresa May, reported RIA Novosti.

The bill on Brexit was approved by the House of Lords of the British Parliament. For the document to gain the force of law, it must be signed by Queen Elizabeth II. It is expected that the negotiations will last two years. Thus, Britain can leave the EU in the spring of 2019.
