French President Emmanuel Macron urges world leaders to fulfill their commitments on the Paris Agreement, as it is the only way to win the battle against global warming, AP reported.

The world is losing the battle against climate change, said Macron during Paris’ One Planet Summit. He mentioned the “very bad news” this year of U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to reject the Paris accord fighting climate change.

“The agreement is fragile. We’re not moving fast enough,” said Macron, adding, “It’s time to act and move faster and win this battle.”
