The Madrid Principles are not the “light of Armenia’s eyes,” RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan stated in Armenian Parliament.
“The Armenian side only accepted them as a basis for further negotiations with Azerbaijan,” he said. The Minister disproved the opinion that the Armenian side fully approves of the Madrid Principles.
