On February 16, Armenian Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan met with Resident Coordinator/UNDP Resident Representative (UN RC/UNDP RR) in Armenia Dafina Gercheva.

Hovik Abrahamyan attached significance to the assistance by UN Office in Yerevan in Armenia’s anti-corruption strategy.

In her turn, Gercheva highly appreciated the cooperation with the Armenian Parliament, the press service of the Armenian National Assembly informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Hovik Abrahamyan noted the work on the creation of a youth parliament is underway.

Gercheva expressed readiness to assist the implementation of this idea.
