Mayor of Yerevan Karen Karapetyan and Syrian charge d’affairs in Armenia Abdul Hamid Sallum discussed cooperation issues between Yerevan and Damascus.

The sides specified cooperation fields and attached significance to mutual visits. The Syrian official considered necessary the improvement of bilateral business ties.

Karen Karapetyan expressed confidence that the collaboration between Yerevan Municipality and the Syrian Embassy in Armenia will be underway. Hamid Sallum conveyed Karapetyan Damascus Governor’s official invitation to visit Syria.
