A passenger motor ship sank Sept. 22 in Lake Pyasino 80 kilometers form Norilsk (Russia). The vessel got in fierce gale, turned over and went down, ITAR-TASS informs referring to the press service of West Siberia Transport Prosecutor. According to preliminary data, five passengers survived. The total number of passengers on board has not been confirmed yet.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, however due to bad weather, operational investigations group could arrive at spot only today.
