On March 2, Arthur Hakobyan, 44 fell down from the 4th floor of the unfinished building of a business centre near Kapan community administration, Hraparak daily writes.

Hakobyan was immediately taken to Kapan City Hospital, but he died.

In a conversation with the daily the head of traumatic surgery department Sarik Atajanyan said Hakobyan suffered multiple fractures, including a skull fracture.

He died 20 minutes after being transferred to hospital without regaining consciousness.
