Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Russia in mid March.
Erdogan is expected to attend the second meeting of the high-level Cooperation Council ITAR-TASS reports referring to a Kremlin source.
The first meeting of the Council was attended by the Russian President and Turkish Prime Minister in Ankara, in May 2010.
