Armenia and Rwanda have a great potential to work together for the benefit of two peoples, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told reporters.
We share a common tragic story and loss, attempts to overcome the huge burden of crime and its elimination, he said adding that Armenia, along with Rwanda, are working to prevent genocide, and do it internationally.
He noted the serious contribution of Armenia and Rwanda to international efforts to prevent genocides, mass barbarism, crimes against humanity.
On April 7, the Armenian Foreign Minister will take part in events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the genocide in Rwanda.
