YEREVAN. - Armenia-EU cooperation is deepening and strengthening with each year, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said at the meeting with EU official on Friday.

The Minister noted that convergence with the European family is one of the priorities of Armenia’s foreign policy, foreign office press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule expressed content with EU-Armenia dynamically developing relations.

The officials discussed issues related to relaxation of visa requirements and preparation for talks on creation of free trade zone.

The sides touched upon Karabakh peace process stressing that there is no alternative to peaceful resolution based on principles of the international law.
