"Serzh Sargsyan’s diplomacy lost and Armenia-Turkey Protocols are not subject to any change, Leader of Marxist Party Davit Hakobyan stated at the October 3 press conference, commenting on the President’s Pan-Armenian tour to Diaspora.
The documents will be certainly ratified in Zurich on October 10, 2009 and five provinces of Artsakh will be ceded as a result, Davit Hakobyan expressed confidence. “Document signing only the overture to that process,” Hakobyan concluded.
