Azerbaijani Presidents Ilham Aliyev delivered a speech at the 9th Summit of Turkic speaking countries in Nakhchivan, stating that the settlement of conflict with Armenia entered the final stage, Turkish Turktime website reads.

“The Azerbaijan-Armenia negotiations are in the final stage. The conflict will be settled on the principle of territorial integrity. Karabakh conflict backpedals the establishment of cooperation possibilities in the region. If the problem is solved, all roads and means of communication will be restored. However Azerbaijan will not cooperate with Armenia until it liberates the ‘occupied’ territories,” Aliyev said.
