Armenian and Georgian citizens were arrested in St. Petersburg on suspense of kidnapping. They also may be responsible for a series of burglaries.
Once the suspects noticed law enforcement agents, they rushed into the car, blocked the doors and stepped on gas. Police fired a warning shot, then unleashed three bullets in the wheels of the car. The vehicle stopped and the suspects were apprehended reports Komsomolskaya Pravda.
