YEREVAN.- New war in Nagorno-Karabakh is impossible to break out at the moment, said head of Caucasus Institute Alexander Iskandaryan.
However, shooting in the line of contact will continue as the Azerbaijani leadership needs to maintain tension, political expert told journalists on Monday.
To unleash war one should have different conditions and resources, other balance of power, he added.
“I do not consider Azerbaijani leadership insane, as war is a big risk,” he said.
The expert considers if Baku dares to unleash war, it will last five days. Then it will stop creating many new problems without solving any of existing ones.
“It is a big risk with zero benefit,” saiod Iskandaryan.
