School students in Vacaville have protested the local school district's decision to remove chocolates from cafeteria menus, Fox San Antonio reported.
The most noticeable change for the students was the elimination of chocolate milk from the diet. Children at a predetermined time left the lessons in the school yard in order to express their dissatisfaction with the changes.
As a result, the opinion of the students was heard. Chocolate milk will now be available one day a week, despite the perceived risk to children's health due to the high sugar content.
