A major car accident in Krasnoyarsk, Russia killed four people and wounded twenty-six others. According to the preliminary data, ice covering of the road caused the accident, ITAR TASS reports. Criminal proceedings were instituted.

More than twenty cars were badly hit in a road accident in Perm, Russia. According to the Russian Mayak radio, no victims were reported. The bus rammed into the column and burnt. The passengers were forced to leap down from the moving bus. Presently, medical emergency services and fire teams are working on the accident site.
