BAKU. – Baku held the hearings of the case for six people, who were arrested during the illegal action on August 2. The court hearings registered several noteworthy incidents.

Journalists were not allowed to be present at the hearings unlike before, as well as video cameras were prohibited, Azerbaijani Bizimyol agency reports. However, 12-year-old son of one of the accused tried to shoot the hearings on mobile. One of the police officers noticed it and took the boy out of the courtroom. Later he stated that a lawsuit is going to be filed against the small boy.

Following the statement, people at the courtroom complained and made noise. The judge had do release the boy. Later the wife of one of the accused was taken from the courtroom violently. She blamed the judge for being unfair and implementing state order.

Numerous people gathered at the court. The leader of Azerbaijani oppositional People’s Front party Ali Keremli, president of Musafat party Isa Qambal and former MP Panakh Hussein were among them. They held an action in front of the court, policemen did not interfere it, Bizimyol reports.
