YEREVAN. – A five-percent economic growth is registered in Armenia’s GDP, in the first nine months of this year, PM Tigran Sargsyan sated during the governmental session on Thursday.  

At the same time a growth was registered in industry and agriculture, whereas a reduction, in construction.  

According to data which the National Statistical Service published on the same day, the September 2011 economic activity index grew by nine percent, in comparison with September 2010, and by seventeen percent, in comparison with previous month.
