YEREVAN. - Armenia’s international reserves have grown, in the third quarter of 2011, and make up US$ 1.95 billion, in October, official website of the Central Bank of Armenia informs.   

The reserves amounted $1.78 billion in July, that is, first month of the third quarter.

To note, the reserves constituted $1.86 billion at the end of 2010.

Seventy-four percent, or $1.44 billion, of Armenia’s international reserves are kept as securities. $495 million is kept as cash foreign currency, or deposits; and all these are kept outside Armenia.
