YEREVAN. – Businessman and the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP Ashot Arsenyan (a.k.a. Klos) is in a fairly stressful psychological condition in the recent period, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun daily writes.
“They say, not only his voters, but also those who supported Ashot Arsenyan, have lost confidence in Jermuk [city’s] mineral water [company’s] proprietor, who became an MP from the Jermuk area. [And] These people are the prefects of Jermuk’s nearby villages which are included in the MP’s election district. According to the persistently continuing rumors, ‘Klos’ is not among the last in [President and RPA Chairman] Serzh Sargsyan’s list of ‘unwanted MPs.’ And this means Arsenyan’s chances of becoming MP are virtually nearing the zero mark,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun writes.
