Armenia's trade with the other Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member countries amounted to 9 billion 173 million US dollars in January-August of this year. Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan stated this during Thursday’s debates on the 2025 state budget draft at the joint meeting of the standing committees of the National Assembly of Armenia.

This amount, according to him, is twice as much as in 2023.

"At the same time, the export from Armenia to the [other] EAEU countries was a little more than 2 billion 52 million dollars, and the import—more than 7.1 billion dollars," Papoyan added.
