The Chinese embassy in Israel warned its citizens Friday morning to take precautions against possible attacks as Tehran considers retaliating to Israeli strikes on its territory, the South China Morning Post reported.

“The Israeli strikes have significantly increased tensions in the Middle East,” the embassy said in a statement, urging Chinese citizens in Israel to closely monitor the situation and remain calm and vigilant.

 “Citizens are advised to prepare for potential attacks by carrier rockets, drones or other threats and take comprehensive security measures,” the embassy said.
