YEREVAN. – Armenian capital Yerevan’s Council of Elders will convene a special session Friday, during which Yerevan City Hall’s Finance Department Chief Vahe Nikoyan will be appointed Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, the City Hall staff informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
And in an interview with Armenian News-NEWS.am, Yerevan Mayor’s Press Secretary Shushan Sardaryan informed that Vahagn Arakelyan has resigned from his capacity as First Deputy Mayor.
