Nov. 24, 2009 RA President Serzh Sargsyan met with CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha. The development of CSTO statutory acts will be completed shortly and the organization will become a structure ensuring maximum security of CSTO member states.

Serzh Sargsyan thanked Nikolai Bordyuzha for the efficient joint efforts, expressing his gratitude for the cooperation within CSTO framework, meanwhile outlining serious work done recently, RA presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

“Most probably it is the first good sign, when so called oral decision turned into a document in such short period. CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces were not only set up, but the more — military maneuvers were conducted,” Serzh Sargsyan noted.

RA President signed a decree to present Nikolai Bordyuzha with a state Order of Honor.
