In Jan.-Oct. 2009 consumer price rise was registered in CIS countries. The highest inflation is in Ukraine — 10.1%, followed by Belarus — 8.3%. Russia has lower increase — 8.1%, whereas Armenia and Georgia close the list with 3.2% and 3% respectively. In Baltic States, as well as Azerbaijan and Moldova prices keep on declining — for 1.4%, state's National statistical services inform.
