November 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Moscow time a huge blast occurred near Tarki railway station on Makhachkala-Derbent-Baku track, 6 km from Makhachkala.
The explosion destructed rail tracks in some parts. According to preliminary data, no victims and injured were reported, Vesti informs.
Presently RF Federal Security Service and Interior Ministry operational investigative group is working in the accident site.
