YEREVAN. – The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has publicized the preliminary results for Sunday’s snap mayoral election in Kapan town.
Accordingly, non-partisan Gevorg Parsyan has won this election. He received 54 percent of the votes cast.
The voter turnout in Kapan was 55.77 percent.
