Armenian citizen has been condemned for repeating the illegal crossing of the Russian state border, Bryansktoday reported referring to the Bryansk prosecutor’s office.

In April last year, the man received a new passport with changed data. Then he drove by car from the territory of Belarus to Russia through a control point in the Bryansk region.

Then the man proceeded to the Russian Volgograd region, where he was detained by officers of the regional department of the FSB. The audit showed that the man has a criminal record for illegally crossing the Russian State Border.

The court sentenced the defendant to a year in prison with a sentence being served in a penal colony.
