YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan should be aware that it will lose the war against Arstakh [Nagorno-Karabakh], Arstakh Minister of Defense Movses Hakobyan told the journalists.
In response to the question about the military trainings scheduled for next month, the Minister said that the Defense Army always conducts such trainings. However, this year they will involve more servicemen.
According to Hakobyan, military exercises are also planned.
“Such events are targeted at warning and prevention of war. The activity of the Army, all the events, including trainings and exercises are targeted only at the opponent so that the opponent knows if it resumes the war, it will lose again,” Hakobyan emphasized.
