December 10, 2009 Nobel Prize Award Ceremony will be held in Stockholm and Oslo.

Nobel Prize Award Ceremony will take place in Stockholm Concert Hall when each Nobel Laureate will receive a Nobel diploma, a gold medal and a document confirming the Nobel Prize amount from the hands of His Majesty the King of Sweden.

Four Nobel Prize Award Ceremonies are held in Stockholm (for the Nobel Prizes in Literature, Medicine or Physiology, Physics or Chemistry) and one in Oslo (Nobel Peace Prize). Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 was awarded to U.S. President Barack Obama “for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples”.

December 10, 2009 U.S. President Barack Obama with his spouse Michelle Obama will arrive in Norway. Meetings with Norwegian President and Premier are scheduled.

Obama’s speech at the ceremony promises to be sensational, The Wall Street Journal reports.
