As a result of two trains’ collision in Shanghai subway this morning, operation of one spur is suspended, hundreds of people failed to get to work in the morning rush hour.

According to Xinhua referring to subway officials, the crash occurred as a result of electric upsets in one of the busiest spurs of city underpasses.

Several people got injured at the emergency braking, others suffer minor injuries. Both wagons were severely damaged, ITAR TASS informs.
