As a result of verifications in 2009, NKR Control Chamber detected a number of financial violations in the operation of some state entities, local government institutions, Closed Joint-Stock Companies etc and a decision to payback to state budget 20m 715 thousand 600 AMD.

According to the chairman of NKR Control Chamber Artur Mosiyan, as of January 1, 2010 nearly 13m AMD was recovered to the state budget.

Mosiyan outlined that the checkups assist the betterment of situation in the entities, as well as the tightening of corporate discipline. At that, he mentioned that no outright misuse was registered in 2009, whereas in 2008 overall 8 protocols were submitted to the Karabakhi public prosecution office.
