Twenty tactical maneuvers were conducted and 150 combat unit shots were fired during the summer education course at the 102nd Russian Military Base, which is stationed in Armenia.

The summer phase of the trainings is coming to a close with a strategic training by the motorized rifle battalion, the Russian Armed Forces’ Southern Military Region press service informs.  

According to the information, aside from the motorized rifle unit, tanks, artillery equipment, and self-propelled antiaircraft likewise were used during the maneuvers.    

One-hundred units of equipment and around four-hundred men were included in the military exercises.
