YEREVAN.- Armenia can be in top 20 of Doing Business ranking, Premier Tigran Sargsyan said during the Thursday government session.

He said 32nd spot in rankings revealed certain problems. Firstly, services to small and medium-sized business (water supply, electricity and gas) are costly. There are also problems with customs and free trade. Armenia is vulnerable in terms of necessary references required for doing business, Premier added.

Another problem is that judicial disputes last too long, Premier said addressing Justice Minister with a request to tackle the problem.

Premier instructed the ministers to present a new program to improve situation in doing business.
