YEREVAN. – A conference titled “Neighbors: A View from Armenia,” which is jointly organized by the Youth Foundation of Armenia and the Scientific Analytical Center for Regional Developments, kicked off on Friday.

The event’s topics comprise the histories of Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia as well as domestic politics and foreign relations. The grounds for holding this conference was the fact that there is a problem in the region with respect to getting to know the neighboring countries, the Youth Foundation of Armenia Public Relations Service informs.      

Over twenty young people will deliver presentations during the event and some of these presentations will be published in Armenian and English. Seventy youth members are attending the symposium. 

The event is being held along the lines of the Young Scientists’ Support Program, which is implemented under the auspices of the President of Armenia.
