Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, his Field Assistants Vladimir Chountulov and Zhaslan NurtazinFrom will conduct the monitoring from NKR side, whereas Peter Kee, Irji Aberle and Imre Palatinus-from Azerbaijani side.
