“If Azerbaijan was ready to combat, it would not shout from the housetops and not permanently menace war. Nevertheless, we would believe anything of Azerbaijani authorities sunk into lies, provocations and intrigues. They are ready to send thousands of peaceful people to an insensate slaughter and death in order to please their political ambitions and crony interests,” veteran of Karabakhi war, refugee from Baku and civil servant Mikhail Sargsyan stated commenting on U.S. National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair’s statement that “fighting could flare between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh”.

“Motherland is a holy cause. For me homeland is not politicians, businessman, etc. but a nation. We can’t let our guard down. We have to be ready for any developments,” he emphasized.
