ARTASHAT. – The farmers should make the initial re-cultivation of agricultural products, opposition candidate for the president of Armenia, Freedom party leader and former PM Hrant Bagratyan said during his meeting with the voters in Armenia’s Upper Artashat village, Armenian News-NEWS.am reports.
According to him, de-centralization of the economy should take place in villages. The method offered by the candidate is to establish enterprises on serving agricultural techniques and re-cultivation of the harvest. The goal is to provide the farmers with a job, at the same time not turning them into slaves.
Agriculture subsidy mechanism also should be reviewed, Bagratyan believes.
