YEREVAN. – Once again, the election campaign in Armenia is not taking place without the university students’ involvement, and this is carried out by the student councils (SC), Hraparak daily reports.
“A bus full of university students, in which there were representatives from a variety of institutions of higher education [in Armenia]—but the overwhelming majority being from the Pedagogical University—accompanied the [ruling] Republican [Party’s presidential] candidate [and serving President Serzh Sargsyan] yesterday [Thursday] to Vayots Dzor and Syunik Regions.
To note, the SC chairman of this institution of higher education is recently appointed as deputy head of the [Government-Affiliated] State Property Management Department,” Hraparak writes.
