The Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU is beneficial for Moscow as it may serve as a move towards creation of a big trade zone with the participation of Russia, EU Commissioner Štefan Füle said.

During the media conference in Yalta, EU Commissioner said the agreement may be a step leading to creation of a free trade zone from Lisbon to Vladivastok, RIA Novosti Ukraine reported.  

He believes that Association Agreement with Ukraine is beneficial for the EU member states, as it will ease European goods’ flow to the Ukrainian market.

Economic advantages are clear, since the EU states are interested in a new market amid existing economic crises, he added.
